I like playing the single-player campaign alot more then the online multi-player of most games, but games like Borderlands that the campaign is the same on either the single-player and the online multi-player I kinda like more then the standard boring online multi-player which is only kill-die-respawn-kill-die-respawn over and over again.Which do you like better? - Single-Player Campaign or Online Multi-Player.Which do you like better? - Single-Playe ...
I perfer single-player campaign. I do know and then play Mulit but not very often.Which do you like better? - Single-Playe ...
I prefer to play with other people online.
Single player for sure.
SP by a mile. I rarely play games online.
single player! I prefer to play on my own, also I love playing the story of the game.
without a doubt sp, i only play mp sometimes when i dont have a new game to play
I only play Single Playeri'm not interested in multiplayer.
multiplayer!
I prefer the single player campaign hands down. My 3 year old demands a lot of attention, so the only time I play online is while my wife is home or if they're out spending all the money!
I can't choose between them because I have great singleplayer games and great multiplayer games. I think in the end singleplayer games have the edge since I love RPGs but still it's extremely close.
That's tough because it really depends on the game and my mood. I guess I primarily play single player, but if I'm in the right mood and a game has a good online multi I can really get into it.For instance, I have hours and hours logged on COD4 and quite a bit of time on WAW, but never played the campaign of either of those games. I don't usually get into the war games, but the multiplayer of those games is a lot of fun. The same can be said for Halo 2 (still haven't played 3), I played the campaign of that game a bit, and honestly didn't think it was all that great so I didn't get too far. But I spent every night for months playing it online... until I got sick of having profanity and racial slurs (I'm not even African-American!) shouted at me by 12 year olds (when they weren't rapping some godawful song about getting oral from some girl who apparently has abrnormally large buttocks while driving an automobile with big rims and soliciting narcotics). So, yeah.... I'd have to say probably single player, but I love multiplayer too and can spend hours playing it if I'm in the right mood.
Single player. And good games with single player campaigns are getting harder to find with more focus going to online play and making the campaigns shorter
Single Player for me, especially with CO-OP (Online or Offline) in it. I do play Online games here and there, but thats only with friends or family members. Otherwise, I'll stick with Single Player.
Single player 100%, MP for is just a passing fad for each individual game. Look at MW, the countdown is on to when it becomes obsolete because everyone's moved on. 5 years from now, people wont even remember that game.
I prefer online because it makes the game last a lot longer.
Usually single player. There have definitely been games where the multiplayer is better though. Such as Red Faction Guerrilla, Halo 3, CoD4, ect.
depends on how strong the multiplayer component is. i buy games like COD and Halo for the multiplayer, but i usually get games for their single player experience like Half Life 2 or Zelda
Coop. ''YOU GET THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS! CHILLIN' OUT TAKE, IT SLOW! THEN YOU ROCK OUT THE SHOW!''I seriously just looked up the lyrics to this song so I could quote it right here. My little sisters would be so proud of me.
I like single player games that you can complete whit 2 players like gears of war / halo and stuff.
Whit a mate its much more fun!
