And the ability to dress up your character makes it gta? not the stealing cars? the casual killing sprees? the gangsters and mafia families that have you do jobs for them? ... seriously?

Wow, that makes it or breaks it for you? LOL.
I'm not really into clothing options, though they are nice. I'm more interested in gameplay, the storyline, mission variety, characters, new vehicles, parachutes, etc.

well, he did change from a suit to this jacket, soo, i guess, they probally bring the clothing option
From the trailers I've watched there seems to be between 4 and 6 sets of clothes.
You know, I'm pretty sure there's some Barbie dress-up and/or clothing designer games on the Wii......if that's the kinda thing you're into.
