Transformers Unlocking levels

I can't figure out how to unlock any of the levels beyond Shaghai anf Training. I've got medals for and completed each mission. I've got thriteen campaign points and it won't give me any more no matter how many times I play it. It looks like I need 14 campaign points to unlock missions in the US. Any tips or clarification on what I need to do?
