Stuck on Gears of War lureing the Berser ...

How do I do this? it usually just ends up killing me with one blow! and if it doesnt kill me it kills one of my team members, and ive failed! how do I do this? is there away which instead of luring I can just kill it on the spot!ALSO how far through am I on this? feels like I've been playing forever and its getting abit repataive I mean the gameplay is great storyline seems abit dull if Im honest.Stuck on Gears of War lureing the Berser ...
u can't kill it on the spot, the game explained that, u need the hammer of dawn, shoot at it to make it come to u, then dodge at the last minute n do that until u reach an open area where u can use the hammerStuck on Gears of War lureing the Berser ...
You're pretty early on in the game. The story isn't super complicated, but it's a fun romp.



To lure the Berserker, take some pot shots at her to get her attention. Instead of blowing down the locked doors with grenades, stand in front of them and have the berserker charge at you and jump out of the way before she slams into you so that she will slam into the door and knock it down. Then run to the next room and slowly lure it into position to do the same again. If you play on insane, it's better to do it this way because it takes several grenades to blow down a door. You may run out.



When you get it outside, then you can take it down with the hammer of dawn.

You are about to finish Act I (out of 5 Acts). The berserker can only be killed by the hammer of dawn so you must lure him outside, and doing so is quite easy (once you got the hang of it). Just stay close to Dom at all times, so you can revive him once he gets knocked down.

You don't have to shoot her. Taking shots at her is just a quicker way to get her attention. You just have to be bold and stay pretty close to her as she follows you from room to room. Just be prepared to jump out of her way if she charges.

I usually don't even worry about Dom. Very seldom will he be knocked down and killed. Just worry about luring her from room to room and you'll be fine.
If you are playing with a friend (split-screen) then you can do it alot easier than if your playing single play, however singleplayer isnt all that difficult either, you basically need to stand in front of the door and then shoot so she charges at you, then you need to run to the front of that room and shoot, so she is at the opposite side of the room as the door, then you go to the next room and lure her in with bullets and repeat the process, if you have 2 players you can each take a job (Standing in front of the door and luring her to the opposite side of the room) Reasonably simple, as soon as you get outside you have a checkpoint so nothing to worry about after that
