Why is Halo 2 so much more fun than Halo ...

I havent played the xbox in years because mine broke, but I have the one for PC and its way more fun than Halo 3, coagulation 8 vs 8 CTF is the funnest gametype youll ever play in your entire LIFE! even on headlong, containment, waterworks, HALO 2 WAS FOR THE GENERALS OF BIG TEAM BATTLE, LONG LIVE BIG TEAM BATTLE..... LONG LIVE BIG TEAM BATTLE.......... LONG LIVE BIG TEAM BATTLE! dont tell me valhala is the new blood gultch because its NOT, have you ever had a color theory class kid? colors bring out emotions, do you even know what composite colors are?Why is Halo 2 so much more fun than Halo ...
Halo 2 is the best Halo game ever. ODST came close, but Halo 2 deliver everything new, like new weapons, new Characters (like Arbiter), Hijack vehicles, get Skulls, and the most of all, Xbox live (Multiplayer). Halo 2 did something special doing its time (Since it came out in 2004). I think all Halo games are awesome, but Halo 2 deliver everything new. Halo 3 is just Halo 2 with Upgrades, and of course, new Gametypes and Features (Which there awesome anyways). Either way, Halo 2 was the funnest, but every single Halo game is awesome and Bungie gets the job done.Why is Halo 2 so much more fun than Halo ...
That's quite a bold statement to be making, but I couldn't agree more. Great game, but to be honest it's but a memories past to me. I'm truly hoping that Bungie delivers with Reach considering that it's the last Halo game that they're developing. (Or did I read that right?)
Agreed Halo 2 was way more fun than Halo 3

I miss Blood Gulch. TC is right, Valhalla is no substitute. but i have to admit, I have played much more Halo 3 online than Halo 2.

I feel as though I'm missing out quite a bit.I wouldn't go so far as to say that Halo 3 was stale, but it just wasn't the improvement needed for the franchise so instead it felt rehashed. Bungie could potentially do a lot with Halo: Reach and I'm crossing my fingers Bungie delivers a new and exciting experience.

halo 2 owns all the way... halo 3 owns to but not has much as 2. in my opinion half the maps on 3 is not that great compared to 2. dual weapons in halo 2 was useful and fun now in 3 they far less useful and fun. So many more flaws in my opinion that just makes the game play B.S and require less skill

Now good old Terminal, the good old Train that I use to wreck my Wraith with, good times, good times.
Yeah I agree that Halo 2 had the better maps. I didnt mind the story in Halo 3 though. Halo 2 was awesome up until you had to deal with the flood levels. Those were just annoying.
Halo 2 was fun but H3 is better when it comes competivness like MLG.
I don't get it. I thought they were about the same.
I liked the newmombasa map so much.
Halo 2 is better than Halo 3 for the same reasons that Halo is better than Halo 2.
Opinions, opinions, opinions.
Both were exceptional in their own ways.

I actually like both a lot. I like Halo 3's balance so much more than Halo 2's though. But still, I really did enjoy the online modes for both Halo 2 and 3. Two of the best online games I've played man. Good stuff.
