With Zune you are paying to own a movie from Microsoft. With Netflix you are paying Netflix to rent movies or watch movies on demand from a limited list as long as you are still a current subscriber to Netflix.Zune Video marketplace VS Netflix

I was under the impression that anything you bought or rented from the Zune marketplace, you could actually transfer to your Zune HD from the 360? Anyone know if this is fact or not?

Oh wow if thats true, then its a big plus. But I have no idea because I dont have a Zune. (Who does have one anyway? lol)
[QUOTE=''glesniak'']So is Microsoft still supporting the Netflix feature with the addition of their Zune marketplace to to 360? I mean, after looking at the Zune thing on-line now, you can get almost all these movies off the nextflix thing and you don't have to pay 1500MS points per movie. Whats the point when you can spend less then 10 and watch all the same movies as many times as you want? Both offer HD content, the Zune you can both rent and buy. You cant buy off Netflix, but you can watch it as many times as you want as well as renting...
I dont see how the 2 will exist considering MS is all about the $$$$

The relationship with netflix is not really about making money off of movies. Netflix is a 360 system seller. And 360 owners are a netflix subpscription seller. win-win for both companies. ;-)

But the Zune HD looks great. If the marketplace stuff is transferable from 360 to the Zune, i would definitely look at a purchase.
