I grabbed Conan on the cheap...

Grabbed Conan for 17 bucks and I have to say...what an awesome brainless action game! I wouldn't say it's worth full retail but man if you want to smash skulls, make enemies limbless and smile all the way, I highly recommend this! On a side note (to other parents): When did Nudity get allowed in console games? I had no idea this was allowed and was very surprised at a scene. Definitely watch your kids with this one. The whole thing is not suitable for children. I was just commenting about the nudity because it's the first time I stumbled across this in games.
never played god of war? same premise
I picked it up cheap a few months ago and was liking it at first. It got really hard near the end though and I gave up.
I really liked Conan. It has some really great combos and the combat is pretty fun. The finishers are gruesome as well. It was a fun game.

That first dragon took me F-O-R-E-V-E-R to beat and the bosses get harder from there. Remember the mammoth? One of the cheapest boss fights this side of the DMC series. lol!

the only boss i had a problem with was the very last one. cheap bastard. otherwise, it was a fun game. not the next big thing, but one of those games you come home and play after a bad day.

That's good news. I picked it up for about $15 recently, though I haven't played it yet. I enjoyed Conan as well. One of those games that didn't get great reviews and admittedly it's not one of the best games for the 360, but it was just fun to play and those slo-mo limb-hacking moves never got old for me! Some of the Boss fights were a pain but at least they were in stages and it would let you respawn after w/e stage you had completed, as oppossed to having to do everything all over again. Still, that last fight really got to me and came close to quitting before I eventually got it.
I might try it, this is the second time I hear this...are there good bosses?
The boss battles in Conan are incredibly frustrating but its an ok game

It's very similar to god of war series, but I'm not complaining. I like it.:Pit's still fun for the cheap price it retails for now, and it's pretty good fun.
I just picked this up for $9.99 at BB. What a steal!! I cant believe how much fun this game is.These types of games are a greatbreak from more intense, goal oriented games like Oblivion etc. Mindless fun...gotta love it!:D
from what you all have been saying, i kinda want to grab this game for its mindless fun. but i've been searching for a game like that, but is multiplayer.i remember going to a friends house a number of years ago and playing a bargain bin game that me and two other people played ALL night. i wish i remembered what it was, but those kinds of games are always fun
