Borderlads question

ok so im deffinately considering playing borderlands but i dont kno if its worht the buy or a rent how long is the main quest and are there that many sidequest to keep me occupied for a really long time so i get my moneys worth bcus i ahd the saem rpbomel with falout 3 great game n loved every minute of it and everyone said it was really long but i was able to get enough of it in the two weeks i rented it so please tell me if ill have the same problem with borderlands thanks =]Borderlads question

I've played about 14 hours on my Siren and my God. They aren't kidding about the million weapons. It's a good game, a ton of side missions, I believe they're 120 missions over all. And the game play never gets repetitive. Make sure you pick the class that suits your gameplay preference. I don't suggest you pick up a Siren if you don't like SMG's and mid-range combat. Mordercai is basically a Sniper and Revolver class, and so on and so forth.And don't let me mislead you, any class can use any weapon but my Siren can't snipe worth her life, even if the reticule is over them she'll miss.P.S. This is the best game I've played all year, you won't be disappointed.Borderlads question
the story is weak, but its all about the looot. did you ever play diablo 2? the item system is similar, yet quite watered down on borderlands. its fun because each character is very different and it takes a while to level them up all the way, plus if you have friends with it that is the best.

Seriously though it is goty so far for me. I loved fallout 3 and I like this game much better. You should really try it out.

If you liked Fallout 3, but wished the shooting was 100% better and faster, with a ton of loot. buy this game. heck even if you didt like fallout 3 buy this game NOW.



12 hrs in level 22 hunter and having an amazing time, definitely GOTY for me

Yes, i am playing singleplayer right now and its jsut as good.
It's worth getting without Live, it's still good in single player. The co-op is awesome though. It does have a lot of replay value. The shooting/combat and loot are much better than Fallout 3. The 360 version is better than the PS3 version.

I've yet to try co-op and am on my second play-through and still love it 8).
